Hollywood’s most gorgeous newlyweds, Zendaya and Tom Holland, have addressed the incredibly brain-rotted “Zendaya Hat Theory”, and I’m obsessed with their reactions to the wild urban legend.
Speaking to Dutch news outlet, Linda, the dynamic duo touched on the bizarre internet theory after journalist Jurriaan Hendriks asked Zendaya if she should be expecting any hats during their Spider-Man: Brand New Day press tour.
“HATS? Oh my god. This won’t go away,” Zendaya exclaimed before labelling the theory as “peak brainrot”.
“The kids are not OK.”
#zendaya #tomholland #zendayahattheory #spiderman #brandnewday

Despite her concerning remarks on the random AF concept, Tom giggled and admitted that the theory is “quite funny”.
“It’s so funny, it’s so weird. But yeah, maybe we need to whip out some hats,” Zendaya teased.
“But obviously, I’ve let you out of my hat because you’re here,” she said to Tom.
“I like being out here, don’t put me back in there,” he joked.
What is the Zendaya Hat Theory?
The origins of the Zendaya Hat Theory begin at the 2014 Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Party, where the fashion icon wore a gigantic hat.
Due to the sheer shize of the accessory, multuple theories surrounding Zendaya and the hat began to brew, with some speculating that it held Tom Holland inside.
During her press tour for The Drama, Zendaya spoke about the theory with co-star Robert Pattinson, describing it as a “very chronically online thing”.

“[The] purpose of [the Hat Theory] is that it doesn’t make sense,” she said in the Vogue interview.
“I can’t explain it because it doesn’t make sense. It’s like classic brain rot. I don’t understand it. It makes me feel very out of touch.”

I may be dramatic here, but honestly, that giant hat deserves to be put in some kind of museum… maybe next to the Annabelle doll.
