Borderlands 4 A Zane to Kill For release countdown
The third bounty pack goes live on Thursday, June 25. The date was announced earlier by Gearbox this month, and I am not expecting any change this late. The following countdown will expire once Update 1.8 goes live.
The countdown is based on the following times.
- 3:30am PDT
- 5:30am CDT
- 6:30am EDT
- 10:30am UTC
- 11:30am BST
- 12:30am CEST
Gearbox hasn’t confirmed a launch time on the official website. However, the times mentioned here follows the schedules of the last two major updates (V1.6 and V1.7).
What to expect from Borderlands 4 Version 1.8
First, let’s go through what’s on offer in A Zane to Kill For.
- New missions
- New bosses and two minibosses
- New Legendary and Pearlescent gear
- One new vehicle
- One new Vault Hunter skin
- One new Echo-4 Drone skin
Additionally, Vault Card 3 will also be a part of the update, and it includes the following items.
- Four rerollable pieces of Legendary gear
- 24 Cosmetics
Version 1.8 will also feature Takedown At Hadron Abyss. This content drop will be free for all and will feature the following additions.

- New miniboss

Cross-platform saves are finally coming to the game; if you play on multiple platforms, you’ll no longer need to resort to separate sets of progression.
